KLivingston Collaborative LLC provides professional coaching services designed to support personal and professional development. Coaching is a collaborative, educational, and forward-focused process and is not a substitute for licensed professional services. Our services are NOT: therapy or mental health counseling; medical or health advice; financial or investment advice; legal advice; career placement or job guarantee services.
You acknowledge that: You are fully responsible for your own decisions and actions; Results are not guaranteed; Coaching outcomes vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding career advancement, business success, income or financial results, or personal or professional outcomes. Every individual’s results depend on their own effort, circumstances, and commitment. If you require mental health, medical, financial, or legal services, you agree to seek appropriate licensed professionals.

10. Refund Policy
Coaching services are non-refundable at or after the scheduled date and time of Services rendered. Services may be cancelled by you at any time prior to their delivery. If sessions were pre-paid, refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
Group Programs: If you cancel before the program start date, you may request a refund minus administrative fees of 10% of the total program cost.
Digital Products: All digital downloads and materials are non-refundable.
11. Rescheduling
For coaching sessions: At least 24 hours’ notice is requested to reschedule individual coaching sessions; Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited. We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website and in our programs is owned by KLivingston Collaborative LLC, including: Workbooks and worksheets; Course materials; Videos and recordings; Slide decks and presentations; Exercises and frameworks; Written content and graphics.
You may use materials for personal use only. You may NOT: Copy, reproduce, or share materials publicly; Sell or distribute materials; Teach or repurpose materials commercially; Upload materials to shared drives or online platforms. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
13. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will keep information shared in coaching sessions confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm. Coaching is not legally confidential in the same way as therapy. In group programs: You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants. We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLivingston Collaborative LLC is not liable for: Any decisions made based on coaching or materials; Loss of income, business, or opportunities; Emotional distress or personal outcomes; Indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
15. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding: Career outcomes; Business success; Personal results; Financial outcomes. You acknowledge that results depend on your effort, circumstances, and personal commitment.
16. Website Use
You agree not to: Use the website for unlawful purposes; Attempt to hack or disrupt the site; Copy or scrape content; Impersonate others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website.
